OKBet Sports Betting MLB Game Parlay: How to Bet Dodgers vs Giants (Sept. 18)

OKBet Betting MLB Game Parlay How to Bet Dodgers vs Giants

Despite the fact that it is NFL Sunday, there is still baseball to bet on.

Sunday Night Baseball is the best game on the Sunday schedule. The Dodgers travel to San Francisco to face the Giants in an NL West rivalry game.

Because the Dodgers have essentially clinched the top seed in the National League, you never know who will start from game to game. However, Andrew Heaney takes the mound in the midst of a stellar season.

Meanwhile, the Giants have a terrible lineup that can’t hit a barn door.

The Parlay (+438 at OKBet eSports):

Under 7.5 San Francisco Giants +1.5 (-110). (-110)
Andrew Heaney has more than 6.5 strikeouts (-112)
Dodgers vs. Giants Same-Game Parlay
+1.5 San Francisco Giants (-110)

The Giants provide value on the ML, but I believe this game will be low-scoring. Given that we’re putting together a parlay, I’m willing to take the extra run in a game that I believe will end 3-2.

The Dodgers are playing for nothing. They’re preparing for a playoff run, and I’m sure Dave Roberts is fine with resting players if necessary. We don’t have the lineups yet as of this writing, but I wouldn’t be surprised to see some reshuffling.

The Giants were defeated in the first two games of this series. That means the Giants are a divisional home underdog attempting to avoid a sweep.

I believe the Giants will win or keep it within one run in this one.

Under 7.5 (-110) (-110)

Another reason I like the Giants is their starting pitcher. Alex Cobb has been one of the most unlucky pitchers in baseball this season, but the positive regression has finally arrived.

Cobb’s ERA has dropped to 3.48, but his xFIP is 2.83 and his ERA is 3.09. He has struck out three of the last four lineups he has faced, and more positive regression is on the way.

Heaney has developed into the Dodgers’ ace, and he should have no trouble with the Giants today. The Giants have a 79 wRC+ and a.623 OPS against southpaws over the last month. During that time, both numbers are in the bottom five in MLB.

With two strong bullpens, I’m expecting a low-scoring, tight game on Sunday night.

Andrew Heaney has more than 6.5 strikeouts (-112)

Heaney has been in and out of the rotation this season, but his strikeout total has increased dramatically in his 12 starts. Heaney’s strikeouts per inning, swinging-strike rate, and CSW rate are all above the 95th percentile.

The Los Angeles Dodgers’ southpaw is currently striking out more than 13 batters per nine innings.

Heaney has struck out more than 6.5 batters in seven of his 12 starts this season, including four of his last five. Over the last 26 innings, he’s struck out 42 batters.

Meanwhile, over the last month, the Giants have struck out at the second-highest rate (28.5%) against LHPs.

Heaney dominated the Giants before moving to Los Angeles. Heaney has hit this mark in four consecutive starts against the Giants, striking out 32 in 21 1/3 innings. Over the last three starts,

Heaney has a 37% CSW rate against the Giants.

San Francisco Giants +1.5 (-110)

Under 7.5 (-110) Andrew Heaney Over 6.5 Strikeouts

The Parlay (+438 at OKbet Sports Betting Game): (-112)
